About Us

This association began as a loose affiliation of career center directors meeting once or twice a year to share best practices and ensure events/fairs were not held on the same date. Over time, this group created an association, the Utah Association of Colleges and Employers (UACE) which provides state-wide fairs, conferences, and training to career practitioners and talent acquisition teams from industry, government, and non-profits.
